ATMET, an Arabic expression for “to automate”, is a startup company driven by the urgent need for automating industrial and logistical operations. With a rising rate of supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, waste and a growing demand for efficiency, ATMET was launched with the vision of collaborating with stakeholders to streamline logistical and industrial processes through automation.

Our Process

Design

Assess: first, we make a field visit to learn about your operations and material flow. Based on that, we look for areas where automation can be most beneficial while providing the best ROI for your company

Design: after having a clear understanding of your operations, we design a solution that puts your team in mind as well as the overall business. At this stage, we define success criteria across the different stakeholders

RFP & Vendor Selection: based on agreed design, we gather different proposals from different suppliers and help you with the selection process.

Integration

Project Management: we become responsible for supervising installation and delivering on time

Software & Controls Integration: it’s essential that the new solution flows seamlessly with your ERP/WMS. Our engineers integrate the new solution with your system for smooth operations.

Onboarding

Training: Our priority is site adoption and for stakeholders to become comfortable with the new systems. During installation, we encourage staff to be involved for easier and better learning. We provide them with training session and encourage them to explore.

Handover: once the system is in place and floor staff are well trained, we hand over the project to stakeholders who should do check-in meetings and address any issues.

After-sales Support

Our Customer Support & Engineering team will constantly support our clients through site visits, additional training if needed and/or 24/7 phone support.
